GENERAL TERMS

1. Only ListingSign Installation staff may install or remove our rental signposts.
2. Service calls due to theft, vandalism, or unrelated damage will incur a fee.
3. If damage is due to our installation, repairs are free.
4. Rental term is up to 6 months. After that, service ends unless extended for $10/month.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO:

• Pay invoices and the rental term extension Invoice at the end of the term as well.
• Provide full and clear installation details:
  a) Full address
  b) Marked signpost location
  c) Notice of utility or irrigation lines
  d) Contact info for involved parties
• Confirm compliance with Strata Bylaws, if needed. We don’t handle Strata communication.
• Notify us when the listing is sold or complete to arrange removal.
• Respond to expiry notices. Posts not renewed within 14 days may be removed.
• Ensure safe recovery of all equipment.
• Cover costs for:
  a) Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
  b) Issues from improper movement or placement by others
  c) Utility damage due to undisclosed line locations

LISTINGSIGN AGREES TO:

• Complete service within 24–48 business hours per instructions.
• Install posts as directed, following applicable rules.
• Store customer signs safely until use.
• Send email confirmation with a photo when done.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancel before install day by email or call/text—no charge.
• Same-day cancellations must be done by phone directly.
• Once installed, the rental is active, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Post removal marks the end of the rental.
